With temperatures now beginning to dip we generally see an increase in mice house calls. Mice are looking for areas to nest for the winter and what better place than your home. A couple facts about rodents:

  • Mice can fit through a hole the size of a dime
  • Female mice give birth to 4 to 12 mice at a time
  • Mice can have new litters every 3 weeks
  • Mice can sometimes jump as high as 18 inches into the air
  • Mice are keen explorers. They find inventive ways of feeing satisfying their curiosity to investigate such as squeezing through tight gaps and biting through obstacles with their strong teeth.
